ABOUT
The name says it: syn (συν, “together”) and athlos (ἆθλος, “a feat, a contest”). Feats, together.
That sentence above is the whole product. Training is better with the right person at the right pace, and finding them shouldn’t take a club membership, a group chat you don’t belong to, or luck. SYNATHLOS matches athletes by the session they plan to do, so the match is about effort, time and place — and it ends with people actually training together.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
- 01
The session is the match
You don’t browse people; you post the training you’re going to do and get matched to sessions that fit it. A match is an invitation to train, nothing more.
- 02
Effort, not appearance
Cards show pace, distance, time, level and distance away — the things that decide whether a session works. No follower counts, no feed, nothing to scroll for its own sake.
- 03
Explainable matching
Every suggestion says why: “1.2 km away”, “starts 30 min later”, “same pace”. Near-misses are shown as alternatives, and unsafe pairings are never suggested.
- 04
Safety is built in
Report and block on every profile and message, reviews after sessions, reliability from real attendance, and a moderation team with the tools to act.
- 05
Clubs and coaches, too
Communities with roles and members-only sessions, trial sessions for newcomers, check-in on the day, and coach profiles with services — all around the same session model.
- 06
Germany first
We launch in Germany, in German, under the rules that apply here — from the privacy notice to labelling sponsored content. English is always one click away.
WHO WE ARE
We’re a small team of athletes and engineers building SYNATHLOS for the people we train with. The app is in private testing on iOS and Android; the first clubs and coaches are coming on board now.
