Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the SYNATHLOS app and website, provided by [Company / name], [address] (“we”). They include the app’s end-user licence agreement (EULA).

You agree to them when you create an account. You can’t use the app without agreeing to the current version.

SYNATHLOS helps you coordinate planned training sessions with compatible athletes, coaches, clubs and communities. We connect people to sessions — we don’t run or supervise them.

Using SYNATHLOS is free at present. Prices shown for sessions or plans are for information; nothing is paid through the app yet.

You must be at least [minimum age] years old. Your details must be true; you use one account and don’t share your login.

You can delete your account in the app at any time (Profile → Delete account). This deletes your data unless the law requires us to keep it.

SYNATHLOS has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Report anything that crosses the line: we review reports within 24 hours and remove offending content and the people who post it.

In particular, you may not post or do: harassment, threats, bullying or stalking; hate speech or discrimination; sexual or suggestive content or advances; graphic violence; spam, advertising without our permission, or fraud; impersonating someone else; sharing other people’s private data; anything that breaks the law.

Every message, profile, community and match can be reported; “Block” hides the two of you from each other everywhere. If you break these rules we can remove content and suspend or delete accounts immediately.

You train at your own risk and within your own health and fitness. Meet people you find through SYNATHLOS in a public place first, and tell someone where you are.

Organisers, coaches and clubs are responsible for their own sessions.

What you post (profile, sessions, messages, reviews) stays yours. You allow us to show it within SYNATHLOS as far as the service needs, and confirm that you have the rights to it.

We grant you a simple, non-transferable right to use the app for personal purposes on your devices.

This agreement is between you and us, not Apple or Google. We alone are responsible for the app, its content, support and maintenance. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to foreseeable damage. [Legal review]

If these terms change materially, the app asks you to agree to the new version before you carry on. The current version is shown at the top of this page.
